I can certainly say that October 8th, 2009 was the best night of my life. Out of all the 19 years I've been alive, I've never enjoyed, and been so thankful, for a particular day up until tonight.

I went with and some of her friends, and both and were there too! 8D

The concert was absolutely amazing. The way they played the music was fantastic, it sent shivers down my spine at times, and I cried a couple times too. The symphony knows just how to convey the emotion in the music.
I know, it makes me sound like a total nerd, but I don't care. I'm a nerd, and proud of it.

They started off with Liberi Fatali, which has always been an amazing piece to listen to. But hearing it in person, well, that just made it so much more amazing, truthfully.
They even did the short victory theme right after!
Oh man. I just can't even put in words how much I loved this concert. I'll never forget this night. <3
I was sad near the end because I didn't think they were going to play the FFVI Opera song, which was the song, besides Cloud's Theme/FFVII Main Theme, that I was looking forward to hearing live. But, they did, in fact, play it. And I must say, it was worth the wait!
Then, the concert was supposedly over, but they played 2 encores, and the victory theme again!
The first encore,I thought would be One-Winged-Angel, but to my surprise, it was Terra's theme! 8D
That made me so happy, that they played more FFVI music <3
Then they played One-Winged-Angel, and even though I've heard it so much I've started to get sick of it, I thoroughly enjoyed it this evening, probably because, once again, in person is so many times better than on a CD or any other form of media.
I was able to get a copy of the CD because of my mom, who attended the concert with her co-worker and his wife.
I feel so luck to have been able to go see this concert, and I hope, if they play here again, I'll be able to go see it again.
